To ensure the future success of the company, we invest heavily in the professional development, safety and health of our workforce. “Operational health management” has been an integral part of our companies since 2013. A meeting of the GRONBACH health management group takes place annually, where numerous actions and measures emanating from the human resources department, representatives of the management, work safety, quality management and the works council are systematically planned and then proposed to the workforce and implemented.

Treating our workforce and junior staff fairly is very important to us. That is why we have become involved in the Fair Company Initiative. As a member of this initiative, GRONBACH is able to offer traineeships to interested students, which serve as professional orientation and have well-defined remits. They have permanent contact persons within the company, an appropriate time-frame suited to the requirements of study, and a reasonable allowance. As a ‘Fair Company’, we do not replace full-time jobs with trainees, volunteers, guest students or long-term temporary employees, nor do we appease graduates who have applied for a full-time job with traineeships, or lure trainees with the vague promise of a subsequent full-time job.
