Our toolmaking department produces high-precision tools using high-quality steels, modern heat treatment and surface treatment techniques and standard components from leading manufacturers. Together with our design department we design and produce pressing, embossing, stamping, deep-drawing and forming tools for visible components, progressive tools and injection moulding tools as well as handling devices. We offer tool testing in our production as well as mold flow analyses and numerical simulation methods for injection molding tools. If required, we also produce individual testing devices to ensure the consistently high quality of series production. All process steps of tool construction take place at our locations and this ensures short coordination paths, scheduled execution and maintenance with high quality and lower costs.
Every customer order is different and therefore individual solutions for tool construction are required. In accordance with the requirements and parameters, our project management designers develop flexible and high-quality tools that adapt excellently to geometries, materials and complexity. Bent parts, stamped parts or complex shapes can be produced with absolute precision using our production technologies such as milling, turning, drilling or grinding using our tool equipment.
