Coloured aluminium surfaces set new trends and accents in kitchens, bathrooms, the automotive and consumer sectors. In addition to classic colours such as anthracite, black and natural aluminium, it is above all trendy natural shades or even unusual coloured surfaces that can reach a new customer target group. At the same time, the demand for scratch-, acid- and weather-resistant materials that convey a high degree of durability is increasing.

Lean management stands for the best possible execution of all processes without waste, combined with the approach of continuous improvement.
At Gronbach, we always strive for improvement in everything we do. That is why the Lean Management idea is lived and demanded here.
Based on the Lean principles of flow, timing and pull, we design our processes efficiently, always striving for the best possible quality. This means that we want to concentrate on the essentials, standardise, learn from problems and avoid mistakes. Our focus is on the satisfaction of our customers.

We therefore conduct weekly lean audits to check our workplaces for the 5S or 6S criteria and to continuously improve them. Lean workshops are available for training purposes, which introduce all new employees to the topic in a practice-oriented manner.
