Since the 1960s, GRONBACH has been manufacturing using a large synthetics injection moulding facility at the site in Wasserburg. We manufacture a variety of different products, most of which are then integrated into complex assemblies.
We manufacture complex injection moulding tools based on mould-flow analysis and numerical simulation and carry out FPFE analyses during the development processes. We design our tools so that several apertures remain available, even when the geometry is complicated. Alongside high levels of automation, this results in a very efficient production procedure. Our plant contains injection moulding equipment of up to 300t closing force. We can also provide ultrasound welding and hot stamping.
Our fan wheels and turbines occupy a unique position for us and over time they have become an important cornerstone of our company. GRONBACH began with the first synthetic injections for fan wheels in the 1970s. Over 100 million fan wheels have left our factories in the meantime – and of such a high quality that re-balancing is in most cases not necessary and we are able to guarantee perfectly true running throughout the entire service lifetime. Today, we develop optimized and customized blower systems, from the housing to the fan impeller and air ducting to the tailor-made motor and electronics.
We offer everything from a single source: from development and construction of prototypes to series production. Our greatest strength lies in the use of a very broad spectrum of technologies.
