Quality management

All sites in the Gronbach Group are certified in a cross-location quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Our special focus is, on the one hand, on a high level of education and training of all employees, and, on the other hand, on a group-wide integration of project and quality management tools, such as the intensive use of FMEA and lean practices.
Lean management stands for the best possible execution of all processes without waste, in conjunction with the continuous improvement approach.
We at Gronbach also want to get better and better at everything we do. That is why the Lean Management idea is lived out in practice here. Based on Lean principles such as flowing, pacing and pulling, we design our processes efficiently, always striving for the best possible quality. This means that we aim to concentrate on the essentials, to standardise, to learn from problems and to avoid mistakes. Our focus is on delivering maximum customer satisfaction.

Safety and work

The idea of prevention is of central importance at Gronbach. We are particularly concerned about the long-term health of our employees. This is expressed both in the proactive prevention of accidents at work and of occupational illnesses, and within the framework of our occupational health management.
Since 2017, we have been certified as a “Healthy Company” by the AOK Bavaria.
